Preston

Dance for Health & PD classes offer an opportunity to think and feel like a dancer. Based on the Dance for PD® method, your trained and registered dance teacher will guide you through dance movements that enhance and maintain mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, coordination, strength and grace. Experience music and movement styles from around the world and feel your whole body sing. Participants do not need to have previous dance experience.

Under the current COVID-19 restrictions, we have brought a version of our live classes online. For safety, most of the class is seated with the option of several standing exercises for balance and strength.

When we can return to in-person dance, we aim to continue offering online access.
