Dance is for Everyone

Dance for Wellbeing & Parkinson’s Victoria is a passionate group of dancers and teachers who welcome dancers of all abilities to come along and try our fun, music filled classes where you aren’t a patient, a parent, grandparent, etc., you are a dancer!

This site has been developed by the Dance for Wellbeing & Parkinson’s Hampton (Bayside) class to share our love of dance and music and to encourage more people to join our Victorian community, whether by following videos at home, zooming in online or joining us face to face when and where you can.

Whether you have Parkinson’s or not, or any other muscular and neurological challenges, for example: stroke survivors, head injury conditions, Dystonia, Huntington’s and MS - these dance classes are suitable for everyone. No partners necessary!

Class videos

Not every day is a great day.

Sometimes dancers are unable to attend our face to face classes, on those days they can access videos of a class that can be done from the comfort of home.

Or perhaps you’ve heard about these classes and would like to see/try one in the comfort and privacy of your own home before you venture into a studio or online class with us.

If either of these is the case, then give our free class a go and there you will also find links to many other class videos from Australia and around the world!

Face to Face classes

Here you can find the information about classes in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and who to contact to book in.
